About Mindful Arts Dance Academy
Mindful Arts Dance Academy is a holistic education center where its youth have the ability to grow as individuals through a variety of programs. They are empowered, encouraged and educated on how to be the best version of themselves.
This holistic center offers four unique programs: dance, gymnastics, music and skateboarding. The programs are led by instructors and passionate visionaries who possess a great wealth of knowledge in their area of expertise. The academy prides itself on providing quality instruction in a loving and nurturing environment.

Practices are Fridays from 5 to 7 pm where the kids will perfect their walks and build their character through journaling and self-motivation talks.
